It just sounds like that fabric didn't want to be in the block. Hopefully, the scorch mark will wash out. I love your new little blocks that sing spring.

It is total love of that green block for moi! Especially after reading all you went through to create it - it is definitely a keeper, and I&#39;m sew happy you decided to do just that. Hmm -- do I see the beginnings of a circle there maybe. :-) A happy accident, per chance?<br /><br />The only issue with fabrics with metallics in them is that I usually need to set the iron at a slightly lower than the hottest setting when I iron it to the freezer paper. I love working with the metallics!! Love the glitter.

Every time I see those blocks I love them even more. I think the green will be ok. Sounds like you had a terrible time with it though. <br />Your hourglass blocks are very pretty and I am looking forward to Klosjes Saturday.
